If you have registered your details into the Accident Management System App (AMS), and then have an accident or collision, with a person or persons that have not downloaded or registered AMS, you can still continue to collect all the details regarding the other driver(s) involved in the accident or collision with your vehicle manually, see below.

AMS will prompt you with what questions you need to ask and the details you need collect.

Follow the step by step instructions:

• Personal details of the other driver(s) involved in the accident or collision with your vehicle.

• Images and videos of the damage caused.

• Facilities to upload front and back dashcams videos straight into your AMS App.
• • Although the other driver(s) or drivers are not using AMS, your insurance company will have a record of how you were driving.

• All this information is then submitted directly to your insurance company via email.

• You will also receive a copy of all the details about your accident or collision via email.

• These details will prove very important in the event of future court case(s) regarding your accident or collision.

The cost is ksh300 per submission.
