AVA technicians come to you to service your vehicles! Just use our online platform to tell us what you need done, pick a time and a place, and book your appointment. We will come to your location and perform the service right there- you do not need to be physically present. After your service is complete, we will process the billing and send you a service report. AVA Fleet Solutions customers are supported 7 days a week by a full team of specialists.
Our certified technicians come to your job site. They are able to perform a wide range of repair and maintenance services in the field for your fleet of vehicles.
We safely and responsibly handle the removal of all the used oil and filters. AVA is committed to ensuring environmental safety during the completion of services.
If we have openings, we can do Oil Changes and Diagnostics the same day. Most other services require one day notice in order to get the parts
The AVA Fleet Solutions online portal shows you AVA’s availability in real-time. Enter your vehicle information, select the service you need, pick a time and place, and enter your payment information (you will not be charged until your service is completed). After that, aN AVA technician will come perform the service at your location.
You do not need to be physically present. All approvals and adjustments can be communicated via phone, text or email. Key hand-off can be facilitated in notes as a central location for the technician.

Yes, our Limited Warranty lasts for 12 months or 5,000km after your service is performed. . If you find that the work or parts provided by AVA are defective, simply email us at info@ava.ke and we will get you scheduled for a warranty review visit.
